Ausérieux was born from a simple observation: the best properties on the Spanish market were being marketed with the same effort as a classified ad. That needed to change.


MEET NICK

From car showrooms to Spanish coastlines.

I'm Nick, a Belgian videographer, digital marketer, and the founder of Ausérieux. I've spent years creating content directly for big brands, where every frame has to be flawless and every detail intentional. I taught myself every skill: videography, colour grading, editing, advertising, design. Because I'm the kind of person who needs to understand how every part works. When something carries my name, it has to be right.

Real estate was always in the back of my mind. It moved to the front when I started working with a Belgian agent launching his own agency: building his brand from scratch, from logo to social media presence. That's when I started looking at what other agencies were doing.

What I saw was a massive gap. Agents selling million-euro properties with phone photos, empty Instagram profiles, and zero strategy. The quality of the marketing didn't come close to the quality of what was being sold.

I now live part-time on the Costa Blanca, and I've seen first-hand how international buyers make decisions: browsing from their homes in London, Amsterdam, or Brussels, choosing which agent to trust based entirely on what they find online. The agents who invest in their visibility win. The rest get overlooked, no matter how good they are.

I'll tell you what I think, not what you want to hear. If something isn't working, I'll say so and I'll bring a better solution with me. You're hiring me for my expertise, not to agree with everything. Life's too short for vague feedback and polite mediocrity.

Perfectionist

Every colour grade, every cut, every caption is deliberate. This isn't about being precious, it's about understanding that the details are what separate professional content from everything else. Your clients notice. Your vendors notice.

Relentless

I didn't learn videography, colour grading, advertising, and design in a classroom. I taught myself every single skill because I refuse to depend on someone else's standard. When I take something on, I go all in, and I don't stop until the result is right.


BEYOND THE WORK

Based part-time on the Costa Blanca. Because I chose to be.

I didn't pick the Costa Blanca as a business strategy, I picked it because it's where I want to be. The light, the coastline, the pace of life. When you live somewhere by choice rather than obligation, you bring a different energy to the work.

It also means I understand the market. I know what draws people here. I know what makes them stay. And I know how to capture it in a way that makes someone sitting in rainy Brussels or grey London feel something real, the warmth, the lifestyle, the possibility.
